Transfers ordered in J&K Civil Admin

Srinagar : The Jammu and Kashmir Government on has ordered transfer and posting of 96 JKAS officers across a wide array of departments.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department following transfer and postings have been ordered:-
Rakesh Magotra has been transferred as Special Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment and Naseer Ahmad Wani has been posted Special Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department. Vir Krishan Dhar has been posted Additional Secretary, Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. Dhananter Singh has been shifted to Health and Medical Education Department as Additional Secretary. Sonali Arun Gupta has been posted Additional Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages. Atul Gupta has been posted CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Billawar-Duggan. Jagdish Chander has been transferred to Housing and Urban Development Department as Additional Secretary and Harbans Lal has been posted Additional Secretary Finance Department .
Mohammad Ashraf has been posted Secretary, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission. Rajeev Magotra has been posted Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department. Sanjeev Rana has been transferred to Hospitality and Protocol Department as Additional Secretary. Sukriti Sharma has been posted Registrar, GCET, Jammu. Umar Shafi Pandit has been posted as Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Srinagar and Deepak Dubey Joint Director, Information, Jammu. Pardeep Kumar has been posted Additional Secretary, Tourism Department and Abdul Rashid Dass has been transferred as Registrar, District Anantnag. Syed Naseer Ahmad has been posted Secretary, Srinagar Development Authority and Girdhari Lal Deputy Excise Commissioner (Distilleries), Jammu. Mir Nasrool Hilal Jeri has been posted CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Pahalgam and Kaiser Ahmad Bhawani CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Kishtwar.
Mita Kumari has been transferred to Industries and Commerce Department as Additional Secretary and Mushtaq Ahmad Chowdhary General Manager, DIC, Kathua. Anshuman Singh has been posted Additional Secretary, Science and Technology Department and Zaheer Abass Bhat Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation, Jammu. Naser Ali has been posted Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (M&P), Jammu and Preeti Sharma Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Special), Jammu. Bilal Mukhtar Dar has been posted CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg and Abhishake Abrol has been transferred as General Manager, DIC, Jammu. Vikas Dhar Bagati has been posted Registrar, District Kathua and Shabnam Rashid Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Stamps), Kashmir. Tinna Mahajan has been Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu and Malik Waseem Ahmad General Manager, DIC, Pulwama. Nazia Hassan has been posted General Manager, DIC, Anantnag and Manisha Koul Registrar, District Samba. Mohammad Imran Khan has been posted CEOTourism Development Authority, Wullar-Manasbal and Zahid Rashid Khan General Manager, DIC, Budgam. Varinder Gupta has been posted Registrar, District Reasi and Kuldip Raj Additional Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department. Parvaiz Ahmad Naik has been posted CEO, Urban Development Agency, Jammu and Najwan Nazki Deputy Labour Commissioner, Kashmir. Mir Zahida has been posted CEO, Urban Development Agency, Kashmir and Zaheer Ahmad Kaifi Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Kulgam. Deebah Khalid Peer has been posted Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Srinagar and Mohammad Ashraf Deputy Secretary, Power Development Department. Syed Nadeem Iqbal Andrabi has been posted Deputy Secretary Finance Department and Gulzar Ahmad Bhat Deputy Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department. Vikas Sharma has been posted Deputy Director, Estates, Jammu and Hilal Ahmad Bhat Deputy District Election Officer, Bandipora. Mohammad Rafeeq Bhat has been transferred to Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department as Deputy Director and Mohd. Rafiq has been posted District Mineral Officer, Rajouri.
Shabir Ahmad Hakak has been posted Sub-Registrar, Kangan and also asked to hold charge of Sub-Registrar, Ganderbal. Sheetal Pandita has been transferred as Deputy Secretary, School Education Department and Bashir Ahmad Bhat has been posted Special Officer, Auqaf, J&K. Muzaffer Hussain Wani has been posted Deputy Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department and Danish Rasool Mir Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Jammu. Riaz Ahmad has been transferred to JKTDC, Jammu as General Manager and Mohd. Hanief has been asked to wait for adjustment in General Administration Department. Mudasir Hussain Famda has been posted Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Baramulla and Sham Lal Abrol Collector, ERA, Jammu. Aijaz Ahmad Shigon has been posted Personnel Officer, PCCF Office and Tarun Sharma Deputy Director, Motor Garages, Jammu.
Hamidullah Mir has been posted Sub-Registrar, Kulgam and Altaf Hussain Bhat Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Ganderbal. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat has been posted Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Anantnag and Shafiq Ahmad Wani Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Anantnag.
Iqbal Hussain Mir has been posted Personnel Officer, Directorate of School Education, Kashmir and Irfan Ali Khan Deputy Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department. Arshad Hussain Ganai has been posted Deputy Secretary, Public Grievances Department and Ch. Mohd. Nawaz Deputy Director, District Employment Centre, Rajouri.
Suhayb Ahmad Wani has been posted Deputy Secretary, Social Welfare Department and Diksha Bamba Deputy Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department. Naveed Hussain Badroo has been posted Custodian Evacuee Properties, Kashmir and Javaid Ahmad Malik Deputy Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department. Saima Sharief Khan has been posted Assistant Commissioner, State Taxes Department, Jammu and Abdul Majeed Rather Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Ganderbal. Ashwani Hansa has been posted Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, Udhampur and Ashu Kumari Deputy Director, Information, Jammu.
Anissa Nabi has been posted Chief Sports Officer, J&K Sports Council and Angel Kotwal Sub-Registrar, Akhnoor. Shallni Raina has been posted Sub-Registrar, Marh and Arshi Rasool Sub-Registrar, Srinagar (East) also holding the charge of Srinagar (West). Tahira Tabasum has been posted Deputy Secretary, Cooperatives Department and Murtaza Rashid Deputy Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department.
