Jammu: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Wednesday convened solemn condolence meeting at High Court, Jammu, to mourn the tragic loss of precious lives in the recent attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir.
The meeting in the Jammu wing was presided over by Justice Arun Palli, Chief Justice, with all sitting judges in attendance.
In a statement, the Chief Justice expressed profound grief and sorrow over the incident, stating, “We are deeply saddened by the loss of innocent lives in this heinous act. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families during this difficult time.”
The court observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect for the departed souls. The Judges, Officers of Registry and court staff expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.
