Srinagar: A piping ceremony to formally acknowledge the promotion of DySP (Ministerial) Mohd Syed was held at District Police Office (DPO) Anantnag. The ceremony was graced by DIG South Kashmir Range, Javid Iqbal Matoo, and SSP Anantnag, Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy, who adorned the officer with his new rank insignia.
