Srinagar|Apil,6: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister’s Adviser Nasir Aslam Wani on Saturday said that the government is committed to adhering to the business rules and limitations laid out under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act 2019.
Remarks from Chief Minister’s Advisor came a day after Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday this week saod that he had acted responsibly and well within his jurisdiction as defined by the Reorganization Act, in the recent transfer of 48 JKAS officers. Talking to reporters, Wani emphasized that the elected government is fully aware of its constitutional boundaries. “We also want that the business rules and limitations defined under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act 2019 should be followed,” he said, as reported by the Kashmir News Observer
