SSP Awantipora chairs crime review meeting at DPO Awantipora

Srinagar : SSP Awantipora chaired a crime review meeting at District Police Office Awantipora. The meeting was attended by Sr. Prosecuting Officer PD Awantipora, SHO Police Station Tral, Incharge Crime Section DPO Awantipora and Investigating Officers of Sub Division Tral.
During the meeting, follow up of previous meetings and various security measures were discussed for ensuring peace and stability in the district. Various aspects of policing including verifications, inquest proceedings investigation of cases including NDPS & UAPA Cases besides other issues related to accountable policing were also discussed.
SSP Awantipora emphasized upon the participating officers to ensure quantitative and qualitative disposal of under investigation criminal cases. SSP Awantipora urged the officers to make all possible efforts in fight against menace of drugs and work dedicatedly to prevent social crimes & cybercrimes.
