Khatana Visits DU, Listens to Student Grievances

New Delhi, : In a heartfelt effort to bridge gaps and address student concerns, Mr. Gulam Ali Khatana, Senior BJP Leader and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), on Tuesday embarked on a special visit to Delhi University’s iconic hostels—Gwyer Hall and Jubilee Hall. Interacting closely with students, especially those from Jammu and Kashmir, Mr. Khatana listened intently to their grievances, aspirations, and challenges, promising to champion their cause at the highest levels.
The visit was marked by candid conversations, where students shared their experiences of navigating life in the capital while pursuing their academic dreams. Khatana, known for his unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, assured them of his dedication to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for students from marginalized regions.

Later, the MP made his way to the Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) office, where he engaged with the elected secretary, Mitravinda Karanwal, and other representatives. Discussions revolved around key student issues, with Khatana emphasizing the need for collaborative efforts to ensure the welfare and progress of the student community. The visit resonated deeply with the students, who expressed gratitude for Khatana’s proactive approach and genuine concern for their well-being.
