Srinagar : The 2025 Islamic Calligraphy Calendar on Friday flew off the shelves at Jamia Masjid Srinagar following the culmination of Friday congregational prayers.
Devotees eagerly purchased the limited-edition copies, showcasing their enthusiasm for this unique blend of art and spirituality.
The calendar, which was unveiled just last Friday by Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, features intricate Islamic calligraphy and is designed to celebrate the timeless beauty of the written word.
During the launch event, Mirwaiz had emphasized that the calendar not only highlights the aesthetic appeal of calligraphy but also serves as a connection to the eternal wisdom of the Quran, embodying the profound expression of human imagination.
