Srinagar : Police in Anantnag in collaboration with Government Women’s College Anantnag conducted a Career Guidance Programme titled “Civil Services as a Career and its Dynamics” to inspire and guide students towards pursuing careers in civil services here on Saturday. The event featured three newly inducted civil servants, Tarun Patnaik, Swathi Patnaik, and Saurabh Narendra who shared their journeys, insights, and practical advice on preparing for the civil services examination. They also engaged in an interactive session, addressing students’ queries and motivating them with their success stories. Principal Government Women’s College Prof. Masood Ahmad Malik expressed his gratitude to the officers for their valuable guidance and presented mementos as a token of appreciation. He commended Police for their initiative in organizing the event, which was well-received by the students.
