DLIC approves 51 cases under Mission Youth schemes in Kulgam

Kulgam : A District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting was on Wednesday convened under the aegis of Mission Youth J&K’s Mumkin, Tejaswini and Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative schemes, here.
The meeting, presided over by District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan was held in the Meeting Hall of Mini Secretariat Kulgam.
At the outset of the meeting, a comprehensive review of the progress under Mission Youth schemes was held by the chair.
The Nodal Officer for Mission Youth self-employment schemes presented/placed 26 new cases under Mumkin, 10 cases under Tejaswini and 15 cases under Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative schemes respectively before the DLIC for approval. The committee members scrutinized all the files and interviews were conducted under the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative as per the standing norms of the Scheme.
The Committee approved all 26 cases under the Mumkin scheme, 10 cases under Tejaswini scheme and 15 cases under the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative. Further, approval was also accorded to change of vehicle variant in favour of one prospective beneficiary under Mumkin Scheme.
During the meeting’s deliberations, it was impressed upon Cluster Head JK Bank Kulgam to get all cases lying pending with different bank branches for pre-checks, sanctioning and disbursement cleared at an earliest and provide a detailed report regarding the same to the Nodal Officer Mission Youth, Kulgam within one week positively.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Chief Planning Officer, General Manager DIC, District Statistics & Evaluation Officer, Lead District Manager, Assistant Director Employment, Assistant Regional Transport Officer, DNO JKEDI, District Coordinator NRLM, Career Counseling Officer & Employment officer, District Employment & Counselling Centre Kulgam.
