New Delhi: The court has reserved its order on the interim bail application and transfer of the case to the MP/MLA court of the incarcerated MP from North Kashmir Sheikh Ab Rashid and has sought a response from the National Investigation Agency.
The Principal District & Sessions Judge will most likely announce the decision on November 27. Awami Itihaad Party spokesperson said that Er Rashid’s counsel filed an interim bail application, seeking permission for the Member Parliament to attend the ongoing Parliament session. The court directed the NIA to submit a response to the plea by or before 27 November. The North Kashmir Member Parliament Rashid is currently lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail.
