Surankote : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Poonch Vikas Kundal and Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Shafqat visited ongoing developmental works in Surankote Sub Division taking stock of the pace of progress.
The visited sites included Pranai Project Draba, Machaki Tunnel construction site, Mastan Dhara tunnel construction site, Bafliaz and Dhundak camp.
The DC also inspected the ongoing work on Mandi Phagla PMGSY road and a section of Link Road that connects Surankote Bafliaz Road to Fazalabad instructing officials to complete the work in stipulated time frame.
Meanwhile, several local delegations met the DC during the tour whose grievances were redressed on the spot.
SDM Surankote Farooq Khan, SDPO Surankote, Tehsildar Surankote and other officers and officials of concerned departments accompanied the DC.
