BJP holds review meeting for membership drive in Jammu

Jammu : Membership drive represents BJP’s trust in democracy, which grants equal performance-based opportunity to everybody to get to any post in the organization. BJP celebrates this as ‘Sangathan Parv’ as the whole process is cherished by the enthusiastic party workers, said Tarun Chugh.
Tarun Chugh the National General Secretary, BJP & Prabhari, J&K while congratulating the party leaders for their great performance in the recently held Assembly elections in J&K, said that now they need to be prepared to stand up to the expectations of the voters of the region. He said that our commitment should be reflected in our behaviour and we have to safeguard our ideology at any cost. Chugh lauded the party activists for garnering support and votes from all the areas of J&K and said that the party has improved its presence considerably in every section.
TarunChugh asked the party cadre to achieve the membership target set up by the party in the stipulated time to further strengthen the party and said that this will directly reflect in the positive outcomes in the forthcoming elections in the Jammu & Kashmir.
Sat Sharma, while delivering his Presidential address, said that the BJP has created a history with the consistent performance over the time. He said that with the dedicated party cadre and the committed party leadership the party has gained ever-increasing popularity among the masses garnering support from all the quarters of society. This has enabled the party to be number one in terms of primary membership surpassing China’s political party. He asked the party workers to ensure the maximum membership to fulfill their duty.
Ashok Koul, while elaborating on the membership drive prompted the senior party leaders to share the work done by them to ensure the target of membership drive set up by the party. He asked them to promote the active party workers in the task to make inroads within the society and ensure the maximum membership. Sunil Sharma was felicitated for being elected as the Leader of the Opposition.
