Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday said that it has attached in Handwara properties worth crores belonging to four militant handlers based in Pakistan after obtaining attachment order from Additional Sessions Court Handwara
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters in Srinagar Police said that the attached property includes 9 Kanals, 11 Marlas of land worth crores belonging to terrorist handlers based in Pakistan namely Abdul Majeed Malla son of Mohd Ahsan Malla, Ab Rashid Mir son of Gh Mohiuddin Mir, both residents of Supernaghama, Arshid Ahmad Parry son of Mohd Akbar resident of Mandigam and Sajad Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Rashid Bhat resident of Palpora Kralgund. “The action was taken under sections of 88 CrPC (83 central) in respect of said terrorist Handlers following their declaration as Proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 73/2011 under section 2/3 IMCO Act, 121 A RPC of Police Station Kralgund”, the Police statement reads.
