“Unfortunately frequent disruptions in the advanced “Mpay Delight Plus” app attracting huge public criticism are yet to attract the attention and intervention of the top bank management of Jammu & Kashmir Bank.”

The crashing trends of J&K Bank’s advanced “ Mpay Delight Plus” app heads to no dead end as usual even after it’s upgadation to and introduction of unwanted OTP option in it.  While digital transaction systems including the mpay apps are run smoothly by almost all the public sector banks across the country, the J&K Bank’s digital transaction systems particularly those run through APPs crash unexpectedly and unprecedentedly week after week and month after month and more so on the eve of religious festivals like Milad Un Nabi (SAW) and Diwali. While only five and three ATM transactions a month are allowed within and outside Jammu and Kashmir respectively by the Jammu & Kashmir Bank, the customers prefer money transactions through App transaction systems particularly “Mpay” Apps. The frequent crashes of bank transaction apps like “Mpay” as such demand and deserve immediate attention and intervention of the top management of Jammu & Kashmir Bank. Undoubtedly J&K Bank’s “Mpay Delight puls” App worked smoothly in the peak summer months but from September onwards this year the advanced “Mpay Delight Plus” app  also started crashing frequently and there in no end to it. While initially customers had to wait for the OTP message but the automatic OTP facility introduced in the “Mpay delight Plus” app recently also does not work promptly and forces the customers to wait at least for two hours for restoration of OTP facility after it gets blocked by repeated attempts. Unfortunately frequent disruptions in the advanced “Mpay Delight Plus” app attracting huge public criticism are yet to attract the attention and intervention of the top bank management of Jammu & Kashmir Bank. Huge inconvenience as such irks the customers of J&K Bank on finding their advanced “Mpay Delight Plus” Apps crashing frequently at fuel stations, retail outlets and shopping malls. Experiences show that customers use Bank’s “Mpay Delight Plus” App not only for money transfer but also for checking their account balances, transaction history, transaction of money between accounts within the bank or to other banks, and payment of  power tariff bills at KPDCL’s power tariff payment apps.

“While service failure brings down the reputation of the bank for all practical purposes, the customer satisfaction is the biggest strength of the banks everywhere in the world and same holds good for Jammu & Kashmir Bank. To make its advanced “Mpay Delight Plus” app user friendly like digital transaction apps of other public sector banks of the country for securing its own commercial interests it is for the J&K Bank’s top management to increase its speed and performance. Easy and time saving transactions through advance “Mpay Delight Plus” app are all that customers of Jammu & Kashmir Bank want. It is for the J&K Bank top management to secure its own commercial interests by improving its digital bank transaction system particularly the online apps.”

The lifeline for the Jammu & Kashmir Bank like other public sector banks is customer satisfaction and as such it is for the top management of the Jammu & Kashmir Bank to take care of its reputation in the operation of both online and offline digital transaction systems particularly those related to digital transaction apps including advanced “Mpay Delight Plus App”.
