First randomization of counting staff conducted in Udhampur

Udhampur : The first randomization of counting staff for the four Udhampur Assembly constituencies AC-59 Udhampur West, AC-60 Udhampur East, AC-62 Ramnagar and AC-61 Chenani was successfully conducted on Wednesday under the chairmanship of District Election Officer Udhampur, Saloni Rai.
The process took place at Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Udhampur, in the presence of Returning Officers for each constituency, ahead of the counting scheduled for October 8, 2024.
The randomization process was carried out using specialized software designed to ensure transparency, fairness in accordance with the Election Commission of India guidelines. The entire procedure was video recorded to further uphold the integrity of the process.
In preparation for the counting day, all necessary arrangements have been made, including training and orientation sessions to ensure the staff is well-equipped for a smooth and efficient counting process.
