Higher Reaches Receive Season’s First Snowfall

Fresh snowfall in north Kashmir on Friday delights tourists visiting the famous ski resort in Gulmarg.

Srinagar : The higher elevations of Kashmir received the season’s first light snowfall.
Areas affected include Doodhpatri, Affarwat top, Sinthan top, Razdan top, and higher areas of Sonamarg. Trekking points Vishansar and Nichnai in Sonamarg also received light snowfall. Sinthan top reported snowfall since early morning hours.
