Bedar’s Reshi Nama ” Anmbare shamama” released at Ahata Waqar Chanapora, Srinagar

Srinagar: One more Reshinama “Anmbare shamama” comrising poetry of revered sufi saint Hazrat Shiekh Noor-ud-Din Wali ( ra) written by noted author , social activist and journalist Gh Qadir Bedar was released at an impressive literary function held at Ahata Waqar Chanapora- center for daycare and recreation for senior citizens on Thursday . The book comprises translation of 250 years ancient ( 1199 ھ ) Noornama manuscript of noted litereaute and historian of his times Baba Mohamad Kamal chrari .
The Veteran writer , scholar and Sahitya Academy Convener for Kashmiri Advisory Board , Prof.Shad Ramzan was chief guest at the function whereas former head of the Markazi Noor , university of kashmir Prof. Bashar Bashir was guest of the honour. Famous religious preacher Molvi Ghulam Jeelani, chairman Ahata Waqar , Chanapora , Ab Gani Parray , Gen.secy also shared the presidium. Speaking on the occasion, Shad Ramzan lauded the contribution of Gh.Qadir Bedar in enriching and preserving the kashmiri literature and sufi traditions by authoring a large number of manuscripts on the lufe of sufi poets and thier poetry. He said ” Reshi Nama Ambar shmama ” is the latest edition in this huge literary treasure. He dwelt in length on the niceties of Tassawuf and urged the need to explore linguistic grandeur of shiek shruks. He said Shiekh Ul Alam introduced and propagated 400 years old Islamic Rishi philosophy in Jammu and Kashmir.
Prof. Bashar Bashir in his remarks said that Gh. Qadir Bedar by bringing out reshinama Anbare Shumama has fulfilled its much need among the research students .He said publications of Bedar have immensely helped in preserving the roots of kashmiri traditions and Reshism. Media secretary Mushtaq Mehram while presenting an over view of the publications of Gh Qadir Bedar , said that his literacy contribution enriches kashmiri literature with essence of sufism , Rishiyat and shiekhyat. He gave an account of various international , and national awards presented to Gh Qadir Bedar from time to time which include best sufism author Bhabasahib Phalki award , Icon award 2024 by International World Records , Human Rights Nobel Award by United Nations Global Human Rights Trust and 2012 khilate Noor award presented by Kashmir Markaz Adab- w- Saqafat chrari sharief . Senior citizens of Ahata Waqar led by its C hairman Ab Gani Parray presented a memento to G.Q. Bedar as a mark of respect and recognition to his literary works. A large number of senior citizens including Qazi Ab Rashid , former Jt.Dir. Sericulture, Hakeem Mohd Yaseen , Javed Ahmad , Gh Hassan Shah graces the occasion by their presence .
