Jammu: The Cyber Cell of District Police Jammu has successfully recovered ₹100,000 from a fraudster who deceived victims using various online tactics.
In a statement issued from District Police Headquarters Jammu Police said “Following a complaint from a victim who reported being defrauded, the Cyber Cell swiftly initiated an investigation. Leveraging advanced technology and skilled personnel, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism in tracking down the perpetrator.”
Stating that this latest recovery highlights the Cyber Cell’s ongoing commitment to combatting online and offline fraud, ensuring the safety and security of the public, Police in the concluding para of its above quoted statement said that b District Police Jammu continues to lead the charge against cybercrime, employing cutting-edge resources to protect citizens.
