Srinagar: In an administrative move, Santosh D. Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, has been directed to take on the additional responsibilities of Administrative Secretary, Home and Disaster Management & Relief Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (DMRRR) Department, during the leave of Chandraker Bharti.
