DC Shopian discusses arrangements for Hawan-Shrawan Bah at Tirthraj Kapal Mochan Shrine

Shopian: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, FazLulHaseebon Tuesday chaired a meeting of Officers to discuss arrangements for the celebration of Hawan-Shrawan Bah at TirthrajKapalMochan Shrine.
In the meeting, basic issues were discussed to ensure the success of the festival. The DC instructed Officers to ensure uninterrupted power supply, potable water facility, cleanliness in and around the KapalMochan temple, cleaning of springs, Ambulance service etc.
He also directed the health functionaries for providing better health care facilities to the devotees and local public, visiting KapalMochan.
The authorities of Municipal Council Shopian were directed for proper sanitation in and around the revered religious place.
The meeting was attended by CMO, AD food, Executive Engineers of Irrigation, PDD, R&B and PHE, Executive Officer, MC Shopian and President of KapalMochan Shrine and other representatives of the temple committee.
