Poonch : To ensure the fair and transparent conduct of the upcoming OMR- based Written Test for the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department, the District Administration Poonch, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB), organized a comprehensive training session for the supervisory staff on Friday.
The primary aim of the session was to sensitize the Center Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and Invigilation staff about the critical importance of adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and examination regulations.
During the training, key aspects of the examination process were discussed in detail to ensure that the staff is well-versed in the necessary steps to maintain the integrity of the examination. The session underscored the importance of transparency and fairness throughout the examination process.
Member, JKSSB, emphasized the significance of the training, aiming to familiarize the supervisory staff with the standard procedures and protocols. He highlighted the necessity for complete transparency and fairness to uphold the credibility of the selection process.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed the need for meticulous preparation and instructed all concerned officials to ensure that all arrangements are in place well ahead of the examination date. 4848 candidates are expected to appear in the examination, which will be conducted across 15 centers in Poonch district.
