Spl Lok Adalat For MACT, Traffic Challans, Electricity Bills Organized At Distt Court Complex Samba

Samba : District Legal Services Authority Samba organised a Special Lok Adalat for MACT, Traffic Challans and Electricity Bills here on Satruday in District Court Complex Samba. The Special Lok Adalat was organized under the directions and overall Supervisions of Adnan Sayeed, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Samba.
Two Benches were constituted for settling the referred cases. Bench No. 1 comprised Adnan Sayeed, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Samba (also Pr. District and Sessions Judge, Samba) and Rekha Kapoor Nischal, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, while Bench No. 2 consisted of Himani Parihar, Munsiff (JMIC) and Nisha Rani, Deputy Legal Aid Defense Counsel.
A total number of 301 Cases were taken up for amicable settlement, out of which 297 Cases were settled and amount of Rs. 2, 67, 300/- was recovered.
