Bandipora: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, ShakeelulRehman on Wednesday conducted a comprehensive review of several departments including Industries, EDI and KVIB in a meeting held at Mini Secretariat Bandipora.
District Heads of concerned departments apprised the DC regarding various initiatives of their departments implemented in the district.
Emphasizing proper implementation of various Government programmes, the DC directed the concerned to reduce the pendency of cases and organise more awareness camps for the larger benefit of the public.
ShakeelulRehman also emphasized the swift dilevery of public services, maintaining quality of services, and working on reducing pendency of cases.
The DC, on the occasion, urged the Nodal Officer, EDI to identify locations for establishment of Atal Tinkering Labs and directed the concerned to work in coordination with Education department for the realisation of these initiatives.
Among others, the meeting was attended by ADC, Umar ShafiPandit, CPO, Mohammad Maqbool, GM DIC, officials from DIC, EDI KVIB and other concerned.
