JKBOSE Chairman Reviews functioning of DIET Kud

Udhampur: Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education and Director SCERT, Prof. Dr.Parikshat Singh Manhason Friday visited DIET Office District Udhampur in Kud.
During the visit, the Director enquired about the status of the interventions currently under operation at the training Institute including the recently conducted Middle Standard Examination- 2023- 24; Trainings of Teachers, Preparation of Annual Plan, Action Research & Survey to be conducted during current year 2024-25.
The Chairman interacted with staff members and exhorted them to utilize their full potential to make the training institute vibrant.
The Director also reviewed the status of under construction DIET building at KudUdhampur and issued instructions and desired the same be completed by the executing agency as early as possible.
Later, he inspected the ongoing construction work of DIET Kud, including approach road (Black Topping) from main road to the DIET Building, upcoming Training Hall Building HoD Blocks and allied works Fixing of Grills and Steel Gate of DIET Building, Fixing of Steel Railing and Glasses for Gallery of Office building, development of Boundary wall, Repair and renovation of water Tank and Drinking Water facilities which forms the dire need.
The Director further directed the Principal of the institute to start a training program for Teachers under current AWP to update their pedagogical teaching skills.
During the visit, the Director was accompanied by SurajRathore Joint Secretary Exam JK BOSE, Kuldeep Sharma Deputy Secretary and other dignitary from Central Move office.
