Srinagar : Police under the aegis of Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2023-2024 organised free medical health camp at Zantrag Khrew here on Saturday. The SDPO Pampore Krishan Rattan inaugurated the Medical Camp besides, SHO Khrew and other officers were also present on the occasion.
The Medical camp was organized to provide basic health care facilities to the people of Police District Awantipora. A team of 09 Doctors and other paramedical staff examined the patients from far-off areas of Khrew. Team of Doctors consists of Paediatrician, Dermatologist, Gynaecologist, Orthopaedic, Dentist, General Physician etc. Besides, Doctors from Health Department, Doctors from CRPF were also part of comprehensive medical team. During the camp, quality medicines were distributed/given to locals free of cost as per their diagnosis. The SDPO Pampore in his inaugural address, laid stress on importance of physical and mental health for all. He also emphasised upon importance of hygiene and other preventive Health care measures in one’s life that can help a person in maintaining a healthy life style. He also advised the Youth to refrain from taking illicit Drugs.
