SIU Srinagar produces chargesheet against 2 accused militants in the NIA Court Srinagar

Srinagar : Police on Thursday said that SIU Srinagar has produced charge sheet against two accused militants in case FIR No. 39/2022 in the Court of NIA Srinagar.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that the charge sheet bearing No. 03/2024 of case FIR No. 39/2022 under section 7/27 A Act, 302 IPC, 13, 16, 18, 20 & 38 UA(P) Act of Police Station Soura, Srinagar stands presented before the Court of NIA Srinagar. Stating that the case has been presented against the two accused militants namely Adil Ahmad Parray S/o Habibullah Parray R/o Badragund Ganderbal (A1) and Basit Ahmad Dar S/o Late Ab. Rashid Dar R/o Redwani Payeen Qaimoh Kulgam, Police in it’s statement further said that among the said two accused militants, former one stands killed and later one is absconding who is still on run regarding whom the Court is prayed to take cognizance under section 299 CrPC respectively. The next date of hearing has been fixed 28th March this year.
