Bandipora: In a run up to Lok Sabha election 2024, the District Election Office Bandipora on Tuesday organised a training programme for employees of various Departments at mini secretariat Bandipora.
The training programme was aimed to equip the employees with necessary knowledge and skills to conduct the electoral process effectively during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
On the occasion, various aspects of election including operating EVMs and other electoral procedures were discussed.
During the training, employees were briefed on election procedures, voter registration processes, EVM handling and security protocols.
Special emphasis was placed on maintaining transparency, and adhering to ethical standards throughout the electoral process
Similar training programmes were held in sub-division Gurez and sub-division Sumbal.
