5th Day of the ongoing 23rd AIPWS Championship 2023-24

Srinagar: On the 5 th day of 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship 2023-24 ten different events
(Men/ Women) were on Wednesday conducted at the Back Lawn of SKICC Srinagar.
In K-2 500-M event (Women), Manaswini Swain , L.Meena Devi of SSB secured 1stposition, whereas, H.Sonika Devi , Oinam Bidya Devi of BSF & Komal Bisht , Baljeet Kaur of CRPF obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In C-1 500-M event (Women), Shivani of SSB secured 1stposition, whereas, Meera Das of ITBP & M. Inaocha Devi of BSF obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In K-1 500-M event (Women), Ph Soniya Devi of ITBP secured st position, whereas, M Jeena Devi of BSF , Jyoti of CRPF obtained 2ndand 3rdpositions respectively.
In C-2 500-M event (Women), Shivani Neetu Verma of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, N. Monika Devi , Salam Arshi Devi of BSF , H. Bidyapathi Chanu , Priti Prabhakar of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In K-1 500-M event (Men), Prabhat Kumar of ITBP secured 1stposition, whereas, Bijale Suraj Babasaheb of SSB , Deepak Kumar Prajapati of BSF obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In C-1 500-M event (Men), Salam Radhakanta Singh of BSF secured 1stposition, whereas, Mubashir Hussain of J&K Police , M.Robin Singh of CRPF obtained 2ndand 3rdpositions respectively. In K-2 500-M event (Men), Prabhat Kumar , Jitendra Singh Parmar of ITBP secured 1stposition, whereas, Aravind Vachaspathy, Ph. Gyaneshwor Singh of SSB , Sonu Sahu Pawan of BSF obtained 2ndand 3rdpositions respectively.
In C-2 500-M event (Men), Sidartha Singh , Salam Radhakanta Singh of BSF secured 1stposition, whereas, Adil Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat , Mubashir Hussain of J& K Police , Anand Patel , Sagar Dattatray Nagare of ITBP obtained 2nd and
3rd positions respectively. In K-4 500-M event (Men), Aravind Vachaspathy, Haridas Singh, Ph. Gyaneshwor Singh , Bijale Suraj Babasaheb of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, Satyam Baliyan, Brijmohan Yadav, Balveer Jat, Vikas Maurya of UP Police, Ravinder Singh, Balwinder Singh, Vinod Kumar, Gurber Singh of Punjab Police obtained 2nd and 3rdpositions respectively.
In C-4 500-M event (Men), Adil Mohi-ud-din Bhat, Imitiyaz Hussain, Moisar Ahmad Bhat , Imran Hussain of J&K Police secured 1stposition, whereas, Amar Laishram, Ganesh Yadu, Shani Khan , Gode Vishal Madan of BSF , Sultan Ankit Verma, M.Robin Singh , Kh. Boy Singh of CRPF obtained 2ndand 3rd positions respectively. Shabir Nawab-SSP Commandant JKAP-5 th Bn, Javeed Bakshi-SSP Director SKICC Srinagar were the Chief Guests on the occasion. They were accompanied by Kuldeep Handoo (DySP) Sports APHQ, other senior officers and medals were also distributed among the winners of the respective events.
