23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship: 11 different events conducted on Day-4

Day 3rd of ongoing 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship 2023-24

Srinagar: On 4th day of 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship 2023-24,eleven different events (Men/ Women) were conducted at the Back Lawn of SKICC Srinagar.
In K-1 1000-M event (Men), Deepak Kumar Prajapati of BSF secured 1st position, whereas, Bijale Suraj Babasaheb of SSB and Prabath Kumar of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Besides, in C-1 1000-M event (Men), Mubashir Hussain of J&K Police secured 1st position, whereas, Salam Radhakanta Singh of BSF and M.Robin Singh of CRPF obtained 2nd & 3rd positions respectively and in K-2 1000-M event (Men), Satyam Baliyan and Balveer Jat of UP Police secured 1st position, whereas, Prabhat Kumar and Jitendra Singh of ITBP and Aravind Vachaspathy and P.H Gyaneshwor Singh of SSB obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
Similarly in 1000-M single scull event (Men), Om Parkash of Rajasthan Police secured 1st position, whereas, Pritpal Singh of Punjab Police and Ajay of Assam Police obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively and in 1000-M double scull event (Men), Karanbir Singh and Shobit Panday of UP Police secured 1st position, whereas, Sahil and Mangal Singhof Assam Police & Imrat Sen and Gagandeep Singh of SSB obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. However, in 1000-M Men’s Pair event, Gulshan Kumar and Jagdeep Singh of CRPF secured 1st position, whereas, Maneet Singh and Rajinder Singh of Punjab Police and Sukhdeep Singh and Adtiya Singh of UP Police obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
Moreover, in 1000-M Men’s Four event, Suryabhan Tanaji Gholap, Dnyaneshwar Ashok Surase, Aniket Vishnu Halade & Santosh Chhagan Kadale of Maharashtra Police secured 1st position, whereas, Sukhdeep Singh, Nikhil Kumar, Adtiya Singh & Sohail of UP Police and. Manohar Lal, Dheeraj, Narinder Kumar & Sunil Prajapati of ITBP obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively and in 1000-M Single Scull event (Women), Rukmani of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, Kiran Devi of Assam Police & Sanjukta Dung Dung of Odisha Police obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In 1000-M double scull event (Women), Rukmani and Vindhya Sanket of SSB secured 1st position, whereas, B. Anandhi and Reena Kumari of Assam Police & Varsha K.B & Khushpreet Kaur of CRPF obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. In 1000-M Pair event (Women), Jharana Hasthi and Ashmita Kerketta of ITBP secured 1st position, whereas, Manisha Kispotta and Harpreet Kaur of SSB & Amritpal Kaur & Sampat Devi of CRPF obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Similarly in 1000-M Women Four event, Harmanpreet, H.Roshan Devi, Ashmita Kerketta and Jharana Hasthi of ITBP secured 1st position, whereas, M. Caya Devi, Y. Nendeshori Devi, M.Merina Devi & Monika Devi of Assam Police & Anu, Manisha Kispotta, Riya Saini & Deepika Xess of SSB obtained 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
Besides, Mohammad Aslam Commandant JKAP-13th Bn. And Ajaz Ahmad-SSP Commandant IRP-6th Bn. were the Chief Guests on the occasion and Kuldeep Handoo (DySP) Sports APHQ & other senior officers and medals were also distributed among the winners of the respective events.
