Tral/Oct,22:Unidentified gunmen Sunday kiĺed a woman and injured anotherin Seer village of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district .
An official said that gunmen shot dead Yasmeena, daughter of Ghulam Rasool Bhat, resident of Khunmoh and injured Ruby, wife of Muhammad Shafi Wagay of Seer.
He said that Ruby was shifted to a hospital where from she was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
Government forces, he said, have cordoned off the area to nab the assailants.
Confirming the attack, Superintendent of Police (SP) Awantipora Muhammad Zahid Malik said that Jaish-e-Muhammad militant Noor Mohammad Tantray was behind the attack.
