Pulwama : The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Bank on Thursday concluded a highly successful 21-day training program on entrepreneurship development in Pulwama.
On the occasion, all 50 participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their completion of the program.
The comprehensive training program, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge, covered a wide range of topics including business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and legal aspects of entrepreneurship.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and case studies, gaining valuable insights and practical tools to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
Following a rigorous evaluation process, 21 participants have been selected on the basis of their outstanding performance to proceed to the next stage of handholding. This further course will provide personalized guidance and support to help these budding entrepreneurs translate their ideas into successful ventures. The handholding process will focus on refining business plans, providing mentorship, facilitating access to resources, and addressing specific challenges faced by the participants.
“We are thrilled to witness the culmination of the 21-day training program and congratulate all participants on their dedication and commitment,” said Aijaz Ahmad Mir, Coordinator NIESBUD. “The overwhelming response and enthusiasm displayed by the participants reaffirm our belief in the power of entrepreneurship to drive socio-economic development.”
The success of the training program underscores NIESBUD and J&K Banks commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent and fostering a culture of innovation and enterprise.
