Jammu|Feb, 12 : In a tragic incident, three siblings were charred to death in the Ramsoo belt of Ramban district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police here on Monday said a fire broke out late on Sunday night in the Ramsoo area of Ukheral and claimed the lives of three sisters. They said after getting information, police and locals rushed to the spot, but lives could not be saved. The deceased were identified as Sanya Latife (9), Saika Banoo (15), and Bisma Banu (18), daughters of Abdul Latief Lone of Tajnihal. “The sisters were asleep when the fire broke out,” they added. The police, however, registered a case and started the investigation.
Democratic Azad Progressive Party chairman Ghulam Nabi Azad expressed condolences to the family of the three sisters who lost their lives in a devastating fire incident last night in the Tajnihal Danmasta area of Ramsoo Banihal. He urged the government to provide compensation and support to the grieving family during this difficult time.
