Srinagar: In memory of Mrs Abida Afzal, Assistant Registrar who passed away yesterday, a condolence meeting was held Monday in the office chamber of Director Handicrafts and Handloom Kashmir where employees of the department held a congressional prayer meeting in the memory of departed soul.
