DC B’pora chairs DLC meeting on CLU, approves 9 cases

Bandipora : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel Ul Rehman Rather Monday convened a meeting of the District Level Committee (DLC) regarding Change of Land Use (CLU) cases in the district.
During the meeting, detailed discussion was held regarding comments submitted by various departments for the issuance of NOCs of pending cases of CLU in the district.
As many as 11 cases were put up for discussion; after thorough deliberation on various aspects of the policy, 09 cases were approved by the committee and 02 cases were reverted to applicants to get some observations cleared.
The DC directed the concerned departments to submit quality comments/concrete NOCs within stipulated time as per the provisions of PSGA Act to ensure timely disposal of CLU.
The meeting was attended by ADC Bandipora, ACR Bandipora, Chief Agriculture Officer, Bandipora, ExEn R&B Bandipora, ExEn PHE Bandipora, ExEn IFC Sumbal, Tehsildar Bandipora, Tehsildar Sumbal and concerned officers from related departments.
