B’gam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC), Budgam, Akshay Labroo Saturday reviewed functioning of the Revenue services in Khag Tehsil at Tehsil Revenue complex, Khag.
During his visit to Khag Tehsil Headquarter, the DC chaired a meeting of officers and revenue field functionaries.
At the outset, the DC instructed on proper record room streamlining, file indexing and prompt case disposals at Revenue offices.
He instructed concerned to conduct Revenue facilitation camps at each Patwar Halqa for better Revenue services disposal to the people at their doorsteps.
He instructed field functionaries for timely submission of reports for speedy disposal of court cases.
He also conducted random checks to assess accuracy and progress in the digitization of Revenue records across various Patwar Halqas of Tehsil Khag.
The DC also reviewed the status of disposal of SRO cases, land acquisition, land issues relating to JJM, compensation, disposal of inheritance mutations, maintenance of stock registery and other related file records at Revenue offices.
The DC instructed concerned Revenue officials to check availability of assured minimum facility at designated polling station in Khag Tehsils.
The review meeting was attended by ACR, Budgam, SDM Beerwah, concerned Tehsildar and NTs.
Later, the DC also held an open public interaction program at Tehsil offices Khag, where locals delegations raised their suggestion and demands with the DC.
He assured that all genuine demands of public shall be addressed on priority.
Likewise, the power supply to Abdullian, Kang, Korotona and adjoining areas will remain affected on January 23 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Abdullian, BSF, Kadyal Badyal Brahmana and adjoining areas will remain affected on January 24 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Likewise, the power supply to Simbal, Kullian and adjoining areas will remain affected on January 25 from 10 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Ramban, Sangaldaan, Maitra, Assar, Trungle and adjoining areas will remain affected on January 21, 23, 24, 25, 27 and 28 from 9 am to 5.30 pm.
Meanwhile, Superintending Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, O&M Circle Kathua has informed that the power supply to Kanhal-I, Kanhal-II, Industry-I and its adjoining areas will remain affected on January 21 from 10.30 am to 2 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Raipur, Basanter feeder and its adjoining areas will remain affected on January 21 from 10 am to 2 pm.
