Srinagar: A 30-year-old youth died on Thursday in a road accident in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district, an official said.
An official said that Javid Gulzar, a 30-year-old motorcyclist hailing from Sehpora Kulgam, lost his life in a road accident near PHC Katrasoo Kulgam.
He said the motorcyclist lost his control when a dog unexpectedly darted across his path, leading to the bike skidding off the road.
The official said the impact resulted in critical injuries to him, and he was immediately evacuated to the district hospital in Kulgam for emergency medical care but succumbed to his injuries
