Kupwara : Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan along with Vice Chairman DDC Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir on Thursday visited various areas of Lolab sub division in district Kupwara during which they inaugurated different power augmentation projects and inspected developmental works.
At Receiving Station Krusan, the Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman inaugurated 11 kv VCB Panel and Segregation of 11 KV Wavoora Feeder under ADF 2023-24. They also inaugurated 11 kv VCB Panel and Segregation of 11 kv Potushai Feeder at Receiving Station Khumeriyal. Both of these projects were funded through Area Development Fund.
BDO, Tehsildar, Officers from KPDCL/STD and a large number of local people were present during these inaugurations.
Meanwhile, the people present on the occasion, expressed their gratitude towards the District Administration and hoped for better power supply in the coming days.
Later, the DC along with Vice Chairman DDC visited NTPHC Lalpora and took stock of health care facilities available in the hospital. The Deputy Commissioner interacted with the people and the patients and enquired about the health services provided by the hospital.
