Baramulla : Government Degree College, Baramulla, initiated a comprehensive day-long programme dedicated to Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, witnessing active participation of the staff in the online webcast addressed by the Prime Minister.
The programme was attended by all the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.

The Yatra reached a significant milestone by covering 10 Panchayats, paving the way for its mission to encompass all 190 Panchayats in the district.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, designed to bring the Government closer to the people, has been instrumental in ensuring that no one is left behind, emphasizing the saturation of Government schemes. Government officials engaged with communities at their doorsteps, fostering a direct connection between citizens and governance.

Anantnag: Inaugural week of the Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra VBSY) in District Anantnag unfolded as a remarkable testament to the collective spirit of over 81000 participants across 168 Gram Panchayats in District Anantnag. Spanning eight blocks, including areas with a substantial tribal population, the Yatra became a vibrant tapestry of empowerment and engagement towards a shared vision of national development.
The VBSY camps emerged as dynamic hubs of activity, attracting enthusiastic individuals who actively participated in organized events and availed on-the-spot services. Health camps, a cornerstone of the Yatra, witnessed an impressive turnout with 42000 participants. The camps meticulously screened 10656 individuals for TB, 260 for Sickle cell anemia, and 1500 for NCD.
Notably, 190 individuals registered for the PM UjjwalaYojana, reinforcing the campaign’s objective to raise awareness about Central government welfare schemes.
The Yatra symbolizes India’s unwavering commitment to development, emphasizing the shared role and responsibility of citizens.
Over 540 My Bharat volunteers registered, and a commendable 75000 individuals pledged allegiance to the transformative “Sankalp Pledge.” Recognition was extended to noteworthy individuals, including 753 women, 2151 students, 218 local artists, and 301 sports personalities, for their inspiring contributions.
More than a platform for showcasing agricultural development, the Yatra empowered farmers on the second day, featuring 90 drone demonstrations and 129 Soil Health Card demonstrations, actively engaging farmers committed to Natural Farming practices. Government flagship schemes celebrated remarkable success, with 156 Gram Panchayats achieving 100% Ayushman Card saturation, 136 reaching 100% JJM saturation, and 168 attaining ODF+ status.
Individual success stories took center stage, with 2269 beneficiaries presenting “MeriKahaniMeriZubani,” offering poignant testimony to the transformative impact of government schemes in their lives.

Kishtwar: The Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra, a transformative initiative, culminated its journey in Paddar block on Monday, traversing all the 11 accessible Panchayats.
Central to the Yatra’s success was the IEC Van, disseminating the Prime Minister’s message on Centrally Sponsored Schemes and their effective implementation. ‘MeriKahaniMeriZubani’ provided a platform for beneficiaries to share their experiences, enriching the Yatra’s essence.
Highlighting the whole impactful journey across 11 Panchayts an IEC Van was deployed to disseminate the message of Hon’ble PM besides a total of 69 activities were conducted, 66 number of rural schemes were made families to public, with Sankalp taking part by 2498 individuals, 13 cultural events held under “DhartiKahePukarKe component”, also recognizing 102 individual achievers including students.
The 15 Health camps conducted during the Yatra catered to the community’s health needs at their doorstep, screening 31 individuals for TB, 5 for Sickle Cell, and conducting NCD screenings for 4 participants.
Furthermore, the Yatra facilitated seamless saturation of various schemes, offering immediate on-the-spot services, while also creating awareness about government schemes. Government schemes including Ayushman Bharat Scheme, Jan Dhan, ODF, Digitisation of land Records, PM Kissan were saturated during the Yatra.
On the occasion, 45 Ayushman golden Cards and 26 KCC cards were distributed among farmers, while 22 individuals were enrolled for PM Ujjwalla scheme.
In alignment with VBSY, the sharing of insightful stories by 53 beneficiaries under MeriKahaniMeriZubani was recorded.

VBS Yatra Urban commences in Udhampur City
Udhampur: The Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra (VBSY) Urban, the nationwide campaign to spread awareness about the various developmental Schemes and initiatives of the Government of India, reached Udhampur city here on Monday.
A grand welcome was organised to receive the VBSY Van with garlands, by Additional District Development Commissioner ( ADDC), Ghan Sham Singh along with officers and officials from various departments. While addressing the gathering, he highlighted the achievements and benefits of the various flagship schemes of the Government of India directed towards realizing the ultimate goal of Vikshit Bharat.
On the opening day of the yatra in the city, camps were held in Dabber Chowk (Mini Stadium) and Riwayath Hall. A large number of people joined the yatra which focused on attaining saturation of the flagship government schemes.
The focus of the Yatra was also to reach out to people, create awareness and provide benefits of welfare schemes like sanitation facilities, essential financial services, electricity connections, access to LPG cylinders, housing for the poor, food security, proper nutrition, reliable healthcare, clean drinking water, etc.
As part of the yatra, various government departments set up stalls at each location to provide citizens on the spot services like free health check ups , facility to get new Aadhaar cards issued or the existing ones updated, and loans under PM SVANidhiyojana. Scores of people benefitted from these camps during the period. During the programmes at various locations, participants took the Viksit Bharat Sankalp pledge to make India a developed and self-reliant nation by the year 2047.

Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra was launched by Prime Minister NarendraModi on November 15, 2023 from Jharkhand. The yatra will cover over 2.55 lakh Gram Panchayats and over 3,600 urban local bodies by January 25, 2024, touching every district of the country.

On this occasion, the teams were welcomed by the BDC councellors, PRI members, frontline workers, and the public of the area. The officers and officials of the concerned department were also presented during the event
The event began by welcoming the IEC Van, followed by the opening movie, and the Viksit Bharat Pledge taken by the participants.
During the Yatra, officers and officials continued to inform people about government schemes and interacted with them and other beneficiaries.

Doda : The District Doda is experiencing a transformative wave amid the ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra spanning Khellani, Marmat, Bhaderwah, Bhagwah, Gundna, Jakyas, and Changa blocks to raise awareness among the people about government initiatives for the holistic development of the region.
The yatra has left an indelible mark on the rural people while covering Panchayats of Hambal, Sangoie, Manwah, Bhagwah Lower A, Bhagwah Lower B, Mahaalla, Dal Khankote, Jakyas, and Kaljugasar, where residents displayed overwhelming enthusiasm and passion. Each panchayat witnessed vibrant cultural programs, sports activities, and the showcasing of various government-sponsored schemes on big LED screens.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra not only highlights the rich cultural heritage of the region but also provides a platform for different government departments to showcase their flagship schemes and services. The event, featuring pledge ceremonies, health checkup camps, quiz competitions, and cultural activities, received a warm welcome at all designated panchayats. Frontline workers and local residents gathered to celebrate, with the honourable Prime Minister’s message screened passionately on big LED screens, conveying the latest information about government-sponsored schemes. This collective effort fosters enthusiasm and active participation in the nation’s progress.
VBS Yatra held at Panchayat Hambal-A and Hambal-B
Doda : The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) camp was on Monday held at Panchayat Hambal A and Hambal-B of Block Khellani, District Doda, to ensure the saturation of flagship government schemes. On this occasion, the teams were welcomed by the PRI members, frontline workers and the public of the area.
The event began by welcoming the IEC Van, followed by the opening movie, and the Viksit Bharat Pledge, taken by the participants.
During the Yatra, officers and officials continued to make people aware about government schemes and interacted with them and other beneficiaries.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from the public, with various govt departments showcasing their flagship schemes at stalls, fostering awareness and engagement.
Under Meri Kahani, Meri Zubaani, beneficiaries of different schemes shared their experiences with the people on the occasion. The medical health checkup camp was also conducted during the event, and there were facilities for screening of TB, NCD, and other on-the-spot services provided to the locals of Hambal.
Flagship schemes, including PM KISAN, Vishwakarma, Suraksha Bima Yojna, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, JJM, Poshan Abhiyaan and scores of other schemes including welfare, employment and income generation based schemes were highlighted by the department representatives.
