World Heritage Week: Special Exhibition on Archival Heritage & Manuscripts inaugurated at Art Gallery Srinagar

Srinagar : To commemorate ‘World Heritage Week’ the Department of Archives Archaeology and Museum (Kashmir Division) has inaugurated week long special exhibition from 19th to 25th November 2023, of Archival Heritage and Manuscripts at Art Gallery Shergari Complex Srinagar and Special Exhibition on Paintings at SPS Museum Lalmandi Srinagar.
The ‘World Heritage Week’ is observed every year from 19th to 25th November to raise awareness about the importance of protecting and preserving cultural heritage across the globe.
During World Heritage Week, various events are organized to promote the importance of cultural heritage and the need to protect it for future generations.
Meanwhile, all Art Lovers, Students, Scholars, Teachers and other interested persons are cordially invited to attend the week long exhibition (Entry Free) and acquaint themselves with the education/knowledge of our rich cultural heritage.
