Srinagar: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh Wednesday paid homage to the BSF Officer who was killed during an attack at Humhama BSF camp the other day here.
The Deputy Chief Minister while speaking on the homage ceremony said the sacrifices rendered by soldiers would be remembered for ever. He said the paramilitary forces have been at the forefront of thwarting the nefarious designs of perpetrators of violence.
The wreath-laying was also attended by Minister for Education Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, Principal Secretary Home R K Goyal, DGP Dr S P Vaid and other senior civil, military and police officials.
