Jammu: G. Velladurai, Joint Director & Head of Office, MSME- Development & Facilitation Office, the field office of Union Ministry of MSME for Jammu & Kashmir called on Kishore Singh Chib, Director of Industries & Commerce, Jammu and discussed in full detail about implementation of PM Vishwakarma scheme.
During the meeting the issue of nominating district wise officer from MSME Development &Facilitation Office, Jammu & Kashmir was discussed and a formal order to be issued in the next week by MSME DFO Jammu, J&K to further speed up the scheme implementation in Jammu & Kashmir.
Time bound clearing of applications received from the beneficiaries in the portal were planned meticulous manner to avoid delay in the benefits reaching the needy.
The scheme aims to solve the issues of lack of finance which stops them from living better lives despite their commanding skills in their field of expertise. This scheme will train and financially help the skilled artisans who need support by providing much needed collateral free loan.
Surinder Paul Sharma, GM DIC, Samba, VireddnarManyal, GM DIC, Jammu and Ajaykumar, Assistant Director, MSME DFO Jammu and Kashmir were also present during the interaction.
