ADDC undertakes site visit at B’pora, Addresses Water Supply Concerns in Bazipora Ajas

Bandipora: Following the directions of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed, a team led by Additional District Commissioner (ADDC) Bandipora, undertook a site visit to Bazipora Ajas to evaluate the reported water supply scheme complaint, which was brought to the attention of the local authorities by a concerned resident of Ajas Bazipora.
The ADDC was accompanied by ADC Bandipora Umar Shafi Pandit, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Bandipora and Assistant Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department Bandipora.
The issue raised by the residents of Ajas Bazipora, raised concerns about the adequacy and functionality of the water supply scheme in the area. In response to the grievance, the DC Bandipora Dr Owais swiftly initiated an investigation to ensure that residents have access to safe and reliable drinking water.
The team, accompanied by technical experts from Jal Shakti Bandipora, conducted an assessment of the water supply infrastructure in Bazipora Ajas. The team on the occasion also interacted with local residents to gather firsthand insights into their water-related challenges and concerns.
It was given out that the concerns noted the issues & will be resolved on priority basis.
