• Never ever the protests were being held over matrimonial issues and property disputes at Press Enclave Srinagar but now unfortunately people have set a bad trend of holding protests at Press Enclave Srinagar over such purely personal disputes

Till recently Press Enclave Srinagar used to be the venue of public protests over the matters concerning grievances of employees, alleged irregularities in recruitments, working in Government offices, operation of trading and business activities and other such public issues but lately unwanted protests over family and property disputes at Press Enclave Srinagar have evoked sharp criticism from the people of almost all hues on social media sites and very rightly so. It is an irrefutable fact that protests over public issues like grievances of employees, alleged irregularities in recruitments, working in Government offices and operation of trading and business activities are held at press enclave Srinagar to seek the attention of the Government for the purposes of it’s intervention with the demands for immediate settlement of the public issues. Never ever the protests were being held over matrimonial issues and property disputes at Press Enclave Srinagar but now unfortunately people have set a bad trend of holding protests at Press Enclave Srinagar over such purely personal disputes which are settled better by the courts and religious forums and even by the social reformers commanding great deal of public respects among people in their native places. Knowing that Government instead of directly intervening in matrimonial and property disputes has set rules, practices and procedures and established courts for settling such personal disputes, human wisdom demands that not protests but following the given legal courses and exploring the possibilities of social interventions are the only pragmatic ways for resolving such personal conflicts between the individuals or groups of individuals.

“The onus of generating awareness among people over role of judicial and social interventions in resolution of personal and property disputes between individuals or groups of individuals lies on media and community leaders particularly social reformers. Though anchors of few U-Tube channels have very rightly started critical debates over protests at Press Enclave Srinagar purely on personal issues concerning matrimonial and property disputes but community leaders are yet to join the public awareness campaign against such unwanted protests over personal and property disputes which surprisngly head to no dead end at Press Enclave Srinagar”.

Awareness of the people about the ill effects of this bad trend of protests over personal conflicts or disputes at Press Enclave Srinagar could perhaps not only stop this bad trend from growing with the increasing intensity but would also further the causes of public consciousness over the role of judicial and social interventions in resolution of personal and property disputes between individuals or groups of individuals. The onus of generating awareness among people over role of judicial and social interventions in resolution of personal and property disputes between individuals or groups of individuals lies on media and community leaders particularly social reformers.
