The tournament featured competitions in Badminton, Table Tennis (Singles and Doubles), and Chess (Men and Women), and witnessed the participation of players from different Tehsils and zones of the district.
The Culmination Ceremony was presided over by the District Development Commissioner, Vikas Kundal, alongside the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ACR), Imran Rashid Kataria, and the District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO), Sunil Singh Sambyal.
During the ceremony, the DDC appreciated the efforts of the department of YSS for conducting the tournament in a smooth and fair manner. He also stressed the importance of sports in promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraged the players to regularly participate in sports to channelize their energy in the right direction.
The ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria, also addressed the players and congratulated them for their excellent performance. He emphasized the need to continue to nurture the talent of young players in the district and provide them with opportunities to showcase their skills.
Prizes were presented to the winners of the tournament. The officials of the department of YSS, including PEL, PEM, PET, and REK, were also present at the culmination ceremony.
