ADDC reviews dev activities under Distt CAPEX, ABDP, Aspirational Panchayts

Kishtwar: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar, Sham Lal on Saturday reviewed the progress made under the Aspirational Block Development Programme, Aspirational Panchayts, District CAPEX and Area Development Plan.
The meeting was attended by district and sectoral officers, including SDM Marwah, GM DIC, LDM, DSEO, DSWO, CEO, CAHO, CHO, CMO, CEO, AD FCS&CA, EO MC, DYSSO, NO AYUSH, ExEn PWD Marwah, and ExEn REW, among others.
The ADDC reviewed the advances achieved through these programme and identified areas that required further improvement.
He instructed the concerned departments to take necessary measures to enhance performance indicators and achieve the predetermined targets.
Significantly, the meeting also took stock of the physical progress of ongoing projects being executed by different departments under the ABDP, Aspirational Panchayts, District CAPEX and Area Development Plan.
The concerned executing authorities were directed to expedite the completion of pending works on top priority.
While reviewing the scheme wise works, the ADDC laid thrust on speeding up the process of allotment and early completion of already tendered works so as to achieve set targets within the set timelines.
Furthermore, the ADDC emphasized the importance of timely and judicious utilization of funds, along with actively addressing developmental gaps in the education, health, agriculture and allied sectors.
He further directed all concerned to co-operate with Planning section and ensure all pending data/information regarding action taken report, must be submitted by Monday positively.
Reaffirming the government’s unwavering commitment to the development of Aspirational blocks and Aspirational Panchayts the ADDC assured that all essential measures would be undertaken to achieve the objectives of the programme.
