Srinagar :As a part of the ongoing celebrations of the completion of nine years of BJP Government in power under Prime Minister’s leadership, the party on Wednesday organised a huge public rally at Baramulla which was attended by a massive gathering of people from the area.
According to a statement issued here, the BJP General Secretary Organisation Ashok Koul in his address presented a detailed report card of the BJP Government’s Public Welfare Programmes. “Congress & its allies in J&K destroyed the future of the youth,Modiji gave them a secured future. He said that those who used the youth as a canon for their vote bank are now shouting that rights of J&K have been snatched while as the truth stands endorsed by the people that Modiji has taken revolutionary steps for the empowerment of the youth of the J&K ” , said Ashok Koul. He thanked the people for their ever growing support for BJP.
Meanwhile, the Minister of State and Chairperson J&K Waqf Board DrDarakhshanAndrabi said that it was an irony to see those ex-rulers questioning the performance of Modi Government. “Political Myopia handicaps opposition from being able to see the contribution of BJP Govt. Modiji has transformed J&K into a paradise. Those who gifted us graveyards and allowed the drug menace to spread its network for more than three decades in J&K are now complaining that BJP has not done anything substantial. Statistics prove that during the past three years the drive against drugs and separatist networks have been crushed to a great level. Terror networks have been destroyed by very strong decisions of the government and the operations on drgs are on”, said DrAndrabi. She said that the whole of the J&K is seeing unprecedented development in every sector, but our myopic opposition leaders are not able to see anything. “This negativity is their fate now. People of J&K have resolved that they are going to stay with Modiji’s vision of Sabka Saath, Sabka VIkas, SabkaPrayas&SabkaVishvas. We cannot afford to rely on these dynasts anymore. People of J&K are enjoying the peaceful days and are building their future with development & progress at a great speed”, said Dr Dartakhshan.
Besides, Member of Parliament Ghulam Ali Khatana in his address said that people of all sects and communities are with the all encompassing programmes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Senior leader & EX Minister Sunil Sharma also addressed the rally and thanked the people of North Kashmir for their support to BJP.
DR DarakhshanAndrabi also held a presser after the rally. Talking to reporters Dr Andrabi said that it was surprising to see the ex-Chief MInisters of J&K saying that all was in shambles in the J&K. “Undoubtedly these advocates of violence and separatism are in shambles after being out of relevance in J &K for all times to come, but the people of J&K have seen the good results of their ouster from the political scene. They can exist in some media factions by such comic dialogue but there are no buyers now for their sentimental rhetoric which destroyed the lives of thousands of families for decades”, said BJP National Executive Member.
