Samba : Central Bureau of Communication Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Govt of India Field office Kathua/Samba inaugurated a mega 5 Day Multi Media Exhibition on 9 years of Union Government at Kehli Ground Samba.
The exhibition has been organised to showcase the major developmental works of Union Govt undertaken in the last 9 years.
The Exhibition was inaugurated by Chairman District Development Council Samba , Keshav Dutt Sharma as the Chief Guest. Abhishek Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Samba was the Guest of honour.
The programme started with Saraswati Vandana followed by Welcome address by Gulam Abaas, Joint Director CBC.
Expert speakers from the Health Department and ICDS gave detailed information about the centrally sponsored schemes being implemented by their departments.
Students from different schools also spoke on the topic of Shining India. Cultural artists from CBC J&K enthralled the audience with their performances.
Earlier, the Chairman DDC Samba and Deputy Commissioner Samba inspected different stalls established by different departments.
Vote of thanks was presented by Ayushi Puri Deputy CBC J&K. The programme culminated with prize distribution and light refreshment.
