Shopian : To assess the progress and evaluate the quality of the developmental works and identify the challenges and issues requiring on-spot redressal, the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian, Faz Lul Haseeb on Wednesday visited Gagren Block of the district to inspect ongoing office cum accommodation projects of Rural Development Department (RDD).
The DDC inspected different ongoing/near completion works, executed by the RDD and R&B including office accommodation of DDC Chairperson, BDO office, accommodation of DDC/ BDC members.
He while inspecting the works laid thrust on using quality material for construction and completion of all the development works within the stipulated time frame.
The DDC was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Development, Hilal Ahmad Jiri; BDOs and concerned officers and officials.
