Inter-School Zonal level competition held at GBHSS Khari

Ramban: Youth Services and Sports department Zone Kahri organized an Inter-School Zonal level competition for U/14 and U/17 Boy Girls here in the discipline of Kabaddi,Kho-Kho Volleyball Tug of War.
The event was inaugurated by Principal Government GHSS Boys Khari, Abdul Rehman, while ZEO Khari, officers from Army, Police and prominent citizens were present on the occasion.
A series of sports events were held under the supervision of ZPEO Khari Fayaz Ahmed.
More than 350 students from different institutions of Zone Khari participated in the competition.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of GHSS Khari appreciated all the participants and applauded the efforts of the Zonal level Staff of the Department for encouraging the young students to take part in Games & Sports.
He impressed upon all the participants to actively participate in games and sports to achieve all-round development of their personality. He also sensitized the youth and urged upon them to become the ambassadors of Nasha Mukt Abhiyan so that the message reaches in every nook and corners of the district.
Similar tournaments were also organised by the department in other zones of the district.
