Hajj Training-cum-orientation Prog for intending pilgrims organised at Poonch

Poonch : The first phase of orientation cum training was imparted to intending Haj pilgrims here Tuesday in the Auditorium of College Ground Poonch by District Administration Poonch.
The programme was presided over by Additional District Development Commissioner, Malikzada Sheraz Ul Haq, General Manager DIC, Dr. Zakir Hussain, besides trainers, Anwar Khan, Mohammad Ismail, Mehmood Ahmed and other concerned officers were also present on the occasion.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Principal Government Higher Secondary School Sawjian, Anwar Khan.
The Haj trainers gave orientation cum training to a total of 280 intending Haj pilgrims including 176 Males & 104 Females.
During the session, the Haj trainers shared their experience and provided knowledge of the basic procedures of boarding and lodging during the holy pilgrimage. Haj pilgrims were told about the immigration and boarding procedure.
General Manager DIC Poonch, Dr. Zakir Hussain, while speaking on the occasion congratulated the Haj Pilgrims and extended best wishes for their holy pilgrimage. He further advised them to follow the basic precautions. They were also given knowledge about the things to do while traveling in the flight. The ADDC also congratulated the Haj pilgrims and advised them to follow the tips given in the booklet provided to them.
The programme was organised on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Yasin M. Choudhary and held under the supervision of Additional District Development Commissioner.
The prospective pilgrims thanked district administration Poonch for organising the orientation programme.
